Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:














If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a limited number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS NOVEMBER 1, 2023. PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT OF $300/ROOM IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE. IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF 30% OF YOUR TOTAL RESERVATION IS DUE ON FEBRUARY 27, 2024. 

- THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS APRIL 26, 2024.

LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50/PERSON PENALTY FEE.
